1. The user should carry out concrete foundation construction according to the basic data provided by the purification tower company. The basic installation surface should be guaranteed to be on the same level, and the allowable error is not more than 5mm. The purification tower exhaust duct can be fixed by a derrick type, and the foot is fixed with a pre-buried steel plate or fixed by an embedded bolt. Therefore, the purification tower generally does not consider fixing. The supporting FRP fan is generally designed as a steel frame vibration-damping pedestal type, so the concrete foundation can also be guaranteed as long as the mounting surface level.
2. When purifying towers and fans are installed, they should be assembled according to the standard and in order. When installing the fan, the debris should be prevented from falling in, so as not to damage the impeller. After the purification tower is installed, the dirt in the tower must be cleaned before the test.
3. Pay attention to the installation: Since the general FRP is flammable, it is strictly forbidden to use open flame during installation and maintenance.
4. In order to ensure the purification effect, the circulating fluid concentration in the liquid storage tank should generally maintain the concentration of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) in the range of 2~6% when the exhaust gas is acidic. When washing the alkali mist: the circulating liquid alkali concentration should be maintained. ≤15%. Therefore, the purification tower circulating fluid should be replaced periodically according to the actual situation.
5, in order to ensure the normal operation of the purification equipment, it is necessary to have a special person responsible for management, should always check whether the fan, pump operation is normal, whether the liquid level is normal, whether the water supply float switch is normal, whether the concentration of the absorption liquid is within the specified range, and so on. If problems are found, they should be resolved in time.
6. The metal brackets such as the exhaust tower exhaust pipe, derrick, and fan should be treated with anti-corrosion treatment every year to avoid affecting the use.
7. Fan and water pump open operation: first open the fan when starting, then open the pump; turn off the pump first, then turn off the fan.
