In addition, UV inks can produce printing effects that cannot be achieved by some thermosetting inks. For example, some UV inks can receive different burst patterns when receiving different wavelengths of UV light, namely, so-called special moiré patterns or ice pattern effects. UV inks are most commonly found on printed products, as opposed to local UV coatings. Although flexographic printing can also be used for local UV polishing, there is no doubt that silkscreen UV glazing is superior in terms of texture and outstanding image performance.
2. The difference between offset printing and screen printing The basic principle of offset printing is “no water does not match”. Use this principle to produce the corresponding PS plate. Ink is transferred by blanket printing and is an indirect printing method. At present, all kinds of offset printing methods (water printing, waterless printing, flat pressing, round pressing, etc.) require stricter requirements for substrates and related consumables.
