For packaging kindling, which tends to vary in length, I highly recommend using polythene lay-flat tubing. This material allows you to create custom-sized bags tailored to your kindling's dimensions. Simply slide the tubing over the kindling and seal the ends using a heat sealer. Not only is this method waterproof, but the durable polythene also provides excellent tear resistance.
For smaller-scale operations like yours, a basic tabletop heat sealer with cutting tools will suffice. These machines are user-friendly and can handle daily usage without issues.
