2. Unreasonable selection of equipment The introduction of flexo printing equipment should be the first consideration for the object of flexographic printing, and should fully understand the structure and performance of the flexographic printing press to ensure that the equipment configuration is reasonable and meets the flexographic printing requirements. In the previous period, some companies only considered the price factor when choosing a flexo printer, and ignored whether the configuration was suitable or not. As a result, due to incomplete allocation, some printed products could not be printed. The anilox roller is a quantitative roller for controlling the amount of ink, and the network cable, the shape of the cell site and the angle are directly related to the printed matter. According to the pattern and plate making requirements, the anilox roller should be adjusted or replaced at any time, otherwise no good product will be produced. Generally, a plate cylinder is produced according to the size of the printing plate, which is also a feature of flexographic printing to save paper and reduce the cost. It is understood that most flexographic presses are 1 color combination with 1 anilox roller, with 1 or 2 sets of roller.
At present, the status quo of some domestic flexo printing companies is that they cannot afford to buy a "horse" and cannot afford a "saddle." Some of the foreign companies we visit have at least two or three flexo presses per company, with a maximum of 15 production lines. Another tendency of domestic flexo printing companies is to purchase flexo printing equipment with excess functionality or inconsistent with other functions of the flexo printer, resulting in waste. For example, in addition to the printing units, the flexographic printing machines purchased by the enterprises are also equipped with automatic paper stamping, laminating, punching, marking and other devices. Obviously, if these functions are linked together, the printing speed will be reduced, and if there are no suitable jobs, some functions will not be used for a long period of time, which will inevitably cause idleness and waste.
