1, solid wood laminate

The solid wood multi-layer board is made of three-layer or multi-layer veneer or thin board through high-temperature and high-pressure board glue. It is a multi-layer plywood with vertical and horizontal staggered as the base material, supplemented with polymer glue, and the surface is made of high quality solid wood. Leather or technical wood is made of fabric, which is made by several processes such as cold pressing, hot pressing, sanding and curing. The solid wood multi-layer board is pressed with uniform plywood, with small deformation, high strength, good internal quality and smoothness. Good degree, and can produce 5-40mm layers of different thickness according to requirements.

2, wood plastic louver

Wood plastic louver has waterproof, anti-mildew, anti-insect, antibacterial, acid and alkali resistant, cleanable, environmentally friendly, formaldehyde-free, not easy to deform, no cracking and flame retardant and self-extinguishing from fire. The surface treatment of wood-plastic louver is good in smoothness, no obvious defects, and the texture is obviously stronger than the MDF.

3, particle board

Intermediate long wood fiber + fine wood fiber on both sides, pressed into a board. Particleboard: Take the plantation, the trunk of the natural forest, the shaving of the branches or the shavings, formed by high temperature and high pressure. The advantage is that the expansion rate is small and the stability is strong. Suitable for relatively humid environments such as kitchens. The disadvantage is that it cannot be surface-milled.

4, MDF

The wood is broken, the original fiber is pressed by high temperature, the surface is flat, the milling is easy, the stability is good, and the nail holding power is strong (because the MDF is a solid material, all nail holding power is greater than the particle board). Etc. It is better than particleboard in strength and hardness. But there are also shortcomings that are not resistant to blisters.

1, different grades, plates are also different

How to judge the plate of the custom closet? Generally, the cut surface of the sample is seen. From the cut surface, the blockboard is two or four layers of upper and lower boards (also thickened using four or more single boards) close to the solid wood core, the quality of the fine board. The core cut surface is flat and there is no gap; the MDF is pressed by fine fibers, the combination is relatively tight and the weight is relatively large; the particle board is a wooden granular structure, but the combination is not tight enough, the weight is light, and the quality is poor. There are small pores; the multi-layer board is made of a plurality of veneers, generally three or five layers.

2, look for environmentally friendly sheet

Professional custom wardrobe manufacturers use environmentally friendly panels that meet national testing standards, while some manufacturers use inferior panels that have no test reports and pose a potential threat to human health.

3, sheet veneer to see the quality

Some wardrobes look good on the surface, however, with a light stroke, you can draw obvious scratches. These custom-made wardrobes are made of surface-coated vellum paper or ornate paper sheets that are often used in low-cost wardrobes on the market, and have poor wear resistance.

4, sheet edge sealing to see work

Professional custom-made wardrobe manufacturers use precision panel saws to cut sheets, and there is no chipping around the sheets. After the edges are sealed, the water in the air is effectively prevented from intruding into the interior of the board. Some manufacturers have no professional equipment, rough cutting, and obvious edge collapse around them. Some even cut corners and only cut one side of the front side of the board. The unsealed surface easily absorbs moisture from the air, causing the sheet to swell, causing the wardrobe to deform and affecting the service life.
