In order to maximize the overall function of the modern character animation production platform, the design of the Oriental New Sharp 3D scanner system and 3D motion capture system independently developed by Dalian Dongrui Software Co., Ltd. was designed.

(1) Overall design
The overall construction plan of the animation public technology service platform is mainly composed of three areas connected through the network platform, as shown in the following figure:
3D static model contour data acquisition area: efficient, high-precision acquisition of 3D static model (including human body) contour data;
Three-dimensional dynamic object motion data acquisition area: data acquisition of large scenes and complex movements that can realize limb movements such as humans and animals;
Instructor Studio: Based on a complete 3D static model contour scan and 3D dynamic object motion data capture common technology platform, it is equipped with a high-profile PC workstation with complete 3D editing software to support the teaching, research and actual 3D animation of the instructor. Create a separate work area for the project;
Student Training Teaching Area: It is a public classroom based on the complete 3D static model contour scanning and 3D dynamic object motion data capture public technology platform, and students-specific 3D animation production teaching and training;
Network platform: with data communication and delivery functions, connecting 3D static model contour data acquisition area, 3D dynamic object motion data collection area, instructor studio and student training teaching area.

1. Construction design of 3D static model contour data acquisition area
The 3D static model contour data acquisition area is equipped with a set of Oriental New Sharp® DHBS-9808 3D scanner system, which can quickly obtain the corresponding 3D contour data in one scan.

2. Construction design of 3D dynamic object motion data acquisition area
The 3D dynamic object motion data acquisition area is equipped with a set of Oriental New Sharp® DIMS-9100 3D motion capture system, which is divided into a facial expression fine capture area and a limb motion capture area.
Fine facial expression capture area:
Facial expression capture area, a motion capture system consisting of 6 dedicated near-infrared high-sensitivity cameras. The collection of facial expressions and hand movement data can be achieved.
1) Data capture for motion capture 3D animation teaching and research;
2) Movie character stunt facial expression capture, 3D video, advertising, animation, games and other media production of facial expression data capture;
3) With Chinese interface, easy to operate, easy to learn and use;
4) Ability to collect facial expressions and hand movement data;
5) Support 3D model real-time driving;
6) Support data post-processing and format conversion functions;
7) Provide CSM, BVH, FBX, BIP, DRS and other data formats to support CG software such as 3ds max®, Maya®, Softimage®XSI®.
Limb movement capture zone:
The 3D limb motion capture zone is equipped with a set of Oriental New Sharp® DIMS-9100 3D motion capture system (12C), which can collect single, double and multi-person cluster motion data according to different configuration.
