5.5 Machine Installation
The installation of the machine is carried out on a horizontal basis. The machine level adjustment sequence is actually the order in which the machines are assembled, and each part of the machine is docked in this order. The docking of the machine must pay attention to:
1. First of all, make sure the correct position of the docking station. The purpose of using the positioning pin is to ensure that the two parts are on the same line level, face level and space level;

2. To ensure the gap between the docking. The size of the gap at the docking point is the key to ensure the smoothness of the gear transmission. Too small, gear lubrication is difficult, wear is intensified; too large, the gap between the gears is too large, its contact strength is reduced, especially when deceleration is easy to form impact, this gap is adjusted with a special gasket.
3. The corresponding relationship of the meshing gear must be correct. This point is very important. If the sentinel relationship is not correct, the machine will not work at all. Generally, the gears are marked with meshing marks: one mark hits the top of the tooth of the gear, and the other mark hits between the teeth of the corresponding gear. ,as the picture shows. It is worth noting that when the corresponding meshing gears are to be brought together, the bottom of one gear should be opposite to the tip of the other gear (the position of meshing can be adjusted by the disc brakes). If the position is not correct, the tips of the teeth are likely to collide with each other during docking so that the accuracy of the gears is impaired.
In the meshing position, it is not always necessary to use the marked tooth phase, as long as the number of tooth points of the stitched tooth is the same.
Make sure the sealing of the docking station is in good working condition. The sealing condition at the docking station is directly related to lubrication. The better the seal, the less the oil leakage; the worse the seal, the more serious the oil leakage. Many instruments use special sealing strips to prevent oil leakage.
After docking, the installation of the machine is limited to the assembly of air, water, and circuit components. When installing in these locations, be sure to pay attention to:
1. Positioning components to ensure accurate positioning.
2. The anti-trapped parts must be absolutely reliable. These two points are not only suitable for the installation of this place, but also for any part of the installation of the machine.
