5.2 The layout of the machine
The quality of the machine layout directly affects the level of operation strength. This must be considered when installing the machine. Otherwise, it is very troublesome to install the machine and it is not economical. The layout of the machine should start from the space utilization, and the rational layout will only exert the best effect of space according to the level of utilization. As shown in Figure 5.1, how do you determine the position of the machine in this space?

Feida is the place where paper is printed on the printing machine, and it is also a place that is often adjusted during the operation. This place must leave room for paper and adjustment. From a paper point of view, if paper is hand-pulled, then the distance (A) between the walls to reach the wall is at least greater than the length (B) of the long side of the paper. However, considering the ease of handling, A should be appropriately greater than B. Take 543mm × 781mm (split open) paper as an example, B = 781mm, then A = B + C, C is a variable value, taking into account the factors such as turning, C should be two-thirds of B, that is, C = B.2/3. So there is A = 781 + 781 · 2/3 = 1300mm (paper format change, A with change) This is the minimum distance manually paper. With the paper puller, consider the length of the pull cart and the space required for pulling it. The length of the drawing cart is generally about 1.2m, and the space required for drawing the cart is roughly two-thirds of its length, ie, 0.8m. So there is A = 1.20 + 0.8 = 2.0m (pulling cart length changes, A with the corresponding change) to adjust Feida's place can be carried out in the space left above, do not have to leave a dedicated space.

The operating surface is the place where the operator walks back and forth, including observing the troubleshooting of water and ink, cleaning the machine, etc. The utilization rate of this surface is quite high. In addition, the operation surface must also be stacked with semi-finished or printed paper, ink, antique fabrics and other materials needed for printing, paper tables, waste paper baskets, and other printing accessories. The distance between this wall and the wall should be a minimum of 2.20m (the maximum length of the table + the space required for the operator to walk around), and if possible, the distance can be as large as possible.
