Pulp-molded tableware is vacuum-adsorbed, dried, and deep-processed to make finer products. The process can be roughly divided into the following sections:
1. Pulp:
First, the main raw materials and chemical auxiliary materials should be prepared and mixed with certain pulp into raw material pulp.
2. Molding:
The raw material is then made into a semi-gloss paper tableware blank of a certain shape, which is a key process in the production process of paper tableware.
3. Pressing and Drying Pressing with a special press machine removes the moisture that has not been removed from each paper mold to reduce the cost of drying and dehydration.
Drying is heating and evaporating the paper mold by means of heat and electric heating in the drying tunnel to remove the water remaining after the paper mold is formed and pressed, and sterilize at the same time.
4. Shaping and trimming This process uses hot die press molding, calendering, eliminating the web marks left by the forming of the paper net, making the inner and outer surfaces flat and smooth, and can press some texts and patterns according to customer requirements.
