The new highlight of DRUPA2000 post-press processing - Autobond laminating machine

"DRUPA2000 International Printing and Media Exhibition" launched the eye-catching new machine Autoprint laminating machine for post-press processing, applying digital technology to surface finishing and enhanced modification of printing carriers.

The Autobond laminator is a heat-laminated precoated dry laminator. The largest processing size is 1930mm. 30mm thick hot steel plate processed into the main frame. The thermocompression bonding mechanism consists of a chrome steel roller with a diameter of 240 mm and a rubber roller with a diameter of 150 mm. Thermal transmission uses complex Swedish technology. The 240 mm diameter highly polished chrome steel roller is a dual chamber structure. The space is filled with heat-conducting oil in a space with an internal smaller diameter concentric cylinder barrel. The heat transfer oil is pumped by a special pump for the temperature-controlled device and a TCU heating device outside the chrome steel roller at a speed of 55 liters per minute. The chrome steel roll surface temperature can be stabilized in any area of 70 ~ 140 °C. Pressure transmission uses pneumatic technology. The rubber roller with a diameter of 150mm is lifted and pressed against the chrome steel roller under pneumatic action. The line pressure of the composite work interface can be controlled to 6 metric tons.

The machine is equipped with Siemens logic program control. All functions of the machine can be controlled via the Siemens MMI (human touch) color touch screen. All drives are Siemens digital AC conversion drives and Siemens digital AC servo drives. Siemens products can provide remote machine diagnostics, connected via modems, and completed by Autobond technicians. Roll film is mounted on a rapidly changing air shaft. The pneumatic braking device controlled by Siemens logic program can correct the controlled tension at any time when the diameter of the thin roll is changed. Longitudinal cuts or holes can also be made based on composite design dimension data. At the same time, it can also make horizontal micro-motion adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the film.

With the same high-speed printing machine double-sided processing capabilities. When you choose double-sided lamination, the Autobond laminator adds an additional thin-film air shaft that is mounted on the end of the film roll, which is wrapped around preheat and rubber rollers. When the Siemens AC switching drive valve is opened, both the preheating and the rubber roller are heated by the heat transfer oil pumped from the TCU. The heat-conducting oil supply is 55 kg/min. For the rapid cooling and solidification of the composite product, the machine is equipped with a pair of aluminum cooling rollers. The surface of the aluminum chill roll is also highly polished and internally pumped cooling water removes heat from the coated product.

The Autobond laminator uses an automatic paper feed system. The automatic paper feeder is driven by Siemens servo motor. The maximum processing volume is 15,000 sheets/hour. The paper feed nozzle and the paper sucker respectively feed the paper, and are conveyed by the paper feed belt and rise to a set of accurately-prepared front paper stoppers. Both the paper head and the front stop gauge servomotors are controlled by an information processor and the high light signal emitted by a Siemens servo drive motor from a complex classifier (resolver generates 65 756 electronic pulses per revolution), allowing sufficient composite matrix Material directly into the hot press mechanism.

The Autobond paper controller runs on the production line. Its features include a digital paper calculator, adjustable front and back curl levers, pneumatically-adjusted sheet feed rollers, and air clutches. It can continuously adjust the tension and cut the laminator and roll film discharge and composites. The pull/separation roller is mounted on a variable-speed drive motor, allowing the controlled paper to pass to the crepe machine and the additional stacker. Switching and acceleration and deceleration are controlled at the end of each paper control, with a maximum speed of 100 m/min. Electricity is 380∽415V.

Autobond sets the stacker, which has a photodetector at the end of the conveyor belt conveyor. The same electronic ink hole is detected by the photodetector and is sent to the paper creel by the air flow. And when it is 10mm away from the paper, the rear hair dryer is opened at the rear of the printing sheet to feed the paper into the paper creel. When the paper is not properly placed and an acoustic warning signal is sent, the paper controller and the stacker act like a closed door, automatically stopping the transport and finishing the delivery.

BBQ Grill

A BBQ grill is a cooking appliance used for outdoor cooking, specifically for grilling food over an open flame or hot coals. It typically consists of a metal grate or griddle that is placed over a heat source, such as charcoal or propane gas. The grill can be used to cook a variety of foods, including meats, vegetables, and seafood. BBQ grills come in different sizes and styles, including portable models for camping or tailgating, and larger models for backyard entertaining. Some BBQ grills also include additional features such as side burners, rotisserie attachments, and temperature gauges.
