The Tylenol® Arthritis PainEZ-Open packaging is uniquely designed for easy gripping and no carton packaging. It is specially designed for people with arthritis. At the request of a large number of customers, M c N eil C insume rHealthcare in Canada developed a new closure with no device to prevent children from opening. The target consumer group is arthritis patients. These bottled Tylenol capsules are 40mm in size and serrated for gripping. This cap has an anti-slip tape and an anti-oxidation foil and is sealed to the HDPE bottle's mating surface with an inductive seal. A transparent plastic anti-theft strap is used on the top edge of the bottle cap, which extends up to the bottle's flange where it can be tightened. There is also a non-overlapping hoop mark on the top. After unveiling it, you can see the medication instructions printed under the label and other conditions of the drug.
Currently, only EZ-Open bottles with a capacity of 100 capsules are available at a price of approximately $8.70. The EZ-Open caps are also available for larger regular and powerful Tylenol Acetate capsules, as well as EZ Tabs and Motrin IB ibuprofen.
