Japan's wind-up company has recently developed a security label "TrustGram" (DiOViS overseas) for auto parts. Anti-counterfeit labels are affixed to the cardboard box on which the auto parts are loaded. As long as they are scanned with a special detector, genuine and fake products can be easily distinguished.
The right side of the fitting is affixed with a slender upper and lower transfer foil. This transfer foil reflects only light of a specific wavelength when exposed to external light, and a hologram of flash can be seen visually. With a special detector "Handy Viewer" with polarizing filter, the hologram disappears and black lines appear.
Since the raw material of the transfer foil was difficult to find elsewhere, no counterfeit labels have been found so far, even though the company's anti-counterfeiting labels have been on the market for five years. The cost of each tag ranges from several yen to several tens of yen. The size and shape of the transfer foil can be customized.
