(4) Quantitatively packaged foods are packaged with one of the following conditions:
1 Domestically produced or imported foods without food labels or without Chinese labels are ordered to stop production, sales, confiscated products and illegal sales income, and may be fined not less than 3,000 yuan but less than 5,000 yuan or 15% of the value of the batch of foods 20% fine.
(5) The “Regulations” will impose severe restrictions on the following counterfeit packaging label makers: (1) Forgery or fraudulent use of food labels for others; (2) Forgery, falsification of production date, shelf life, or preservation period; (3) Deception using food labels. (6) For expired packaged foods, the "Regulations" also expressly stipulates that any person who sells prepackaged foods over the shelf life period shall be ordered to stop sales, confiscated food and illegal sales income, and shall be imposed a fine of 5,000 yuan or the value of the food products A fine of more than five times the fine; if it constitutes guilty of darkness, it shall be transferred to the judicial authorities for criminal responsibility.
(7) The "Regulations" stipulates that for prepackaged food that exceeds the shelf life, sales should be stopped and sent to the statutory quality inspection agency for inspection. If the food has an intrinsic quality that must be clearly stated for sale and no sales are explicitly stated, administrative penalties shall be imposed in accordance with these Provisions. If the quality of the food is unqualified or if a statutory inspection report is refused, an administrative penalty shall be imposed in accordance with the Regulations. If the quantitative packaged food label lacks production date, shelf life or shelf life, an inspection report issued by a statutory quality inspection agency shall be provided. If the internal quality of food is not acceptable or the quality of the packaged food is not qualified, and the refusal to provide a statutory inspection report, it will be punished in accordance with the "Regulations."

(1) The “Regulations” stipulates that the contents of the printed contents of pharmaceutical packaging and labelling shall be correct and accurate. Except for the words describing safe and rational use of medicines, the words and logos of various inappropriate promotional products may not be printed. “National New Drugs”, “Certified Chinese Herbal Medicines”, “GMP Certification”, “Classification of Imported Raw Materials”, “Some Producer”, “Honorable Export”, “Winning Product”, “Insurance Company Quality Insurance”, “Public Reimbursement Reimbursement” , "modern science and technology", "precious medicinal materials" and so on.
(2) The “Regulations” require that the same type of the same company (same as the drug specification and package specification) of the same drug must have the same format and color of the packaging and label, and may not use a different trademark. If there are different specifications for the same type of the same company, the package and label of the minimum sales unit should be clearly different or clearly marked in the specification.
(3) The “Code” expressly provides that pharmaceuticals that have been approved to be produced in different places shall also be labeled with the name of the group, manufacturer, and place of production.
