Second, corrugated board buffer structure design
Corrugated board can be made into various structures through processes such as slotting, indentation, inserting, bonding, etc. The structural advantages and the unique properties of corrugated board are used to improve its buffering performance. In the structural design as far as possible to consider its optimal buffering performance, and consider it suitable for scale production, reduce costs.
Structure 1: As shown in Fig. 1, the top-to-bottom material consists of AB楞5-layer corrugated cardboard——A楞楞3-layer white paperboard——AB楞5-layer corrugated cardboard. The three layers of white cardboard are rolled into a three-layered hexagonal structure, and then bonded with AB楞 five-layer corrugated cardboard.
Structure 2: As shown in FIG. 2 , the top-to-bottom materials are composed of AB® five-layer corrugated cardboard, corrugating medium, and AB® five-layer corrugated cardboard. The corrugated paper is folded into corrugated paper and bonded with AB楞 five-layer corrugated cardboard. One-page corrugated paper.
Structure 3: As shown in FIG. 3, all are constructed of AB type five-layer corrugated cardboard. The first type of five-layer corrugated cardboard folded into a single hexagonal structure, and then with the AB five-layer corrugated cardboard.
Structure 4: As shown in FIG. 4 , all are made of AB楞 five-layer corrugated cardboard. The AB 楞 five-layer corrugated cardboard folded adhesive, one page molding.
