Abstract : The present invention discloses a superplastic super toughness low cost engineering plastic which combines the strength of plastic, the extensibility of rubber and the ease of processing of metal. This material uses recycled PET bottle fragments and nylon (PA) as the main raw materials. The PA/PET polymer alloy obtained by special extrusion processing technology not only has the mechanical properties of general engineering plastics, but also has excellent processing plasticity. At the same time, the rigidity and ductility of the material can be balanced under different conditions by adjusting the proportions of the reinforcing and toughening material components to meet the requirements of different applications.
