Abstract: Co2 + has obvious sensitization effect on the determination of cadmium. The Cd-KBH4-Na IO3-HCl new chemical vapor generation system atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used to determine trace cadmium in grains. Under the best instrument and reagent conditions, it was determined that in the most effective measurement system of Cd -KBH4-Co-Na IO3-HCl, the optimal dosage of Co2 + was 2 mg / L. The interference and elimination methods of elements such as Cu, Ni, Zn, Mn, Au, Pt, Pd, Sb, Hg and Fe were studied. The decomposition methods of high-pressure tank acid decomposition and burning acid decomposition were compared. The detection limit of the method was 0.035μg / L. A variety of national first-level reference materials such as wheat, rice, and corn were measured, and the results were consistent with the standard values. The method precision (RSD, n = 12) was 4.84%. This method is suitable for the determination of trace amounts of Cd in various grain materials.
