The following measures can be taken for how to avoid cracking of the crimp wire:
1. Adjust the structure of the pressure roller to increase the step transition arc radius of the pressure roller.
2. The pre-compression method is used to pre-press before the pressure line is formed. The disadvantage is the formation of more obvious lines of pressure.
3, the quality of the original paper is required to be better, for the higher requirements of the paperboard should use better quality paper and paper.
4, the base paper and cardboard moisture content should be appropriate. The poorer the quality of the base paper, the drier the paperboard, the higher the chance of pressure lines breaking.
5, appropriate control of the depth of the pressure line. According to the thickness of the processed paperboard, the gap between the upper and the lower pressure roller is controlled so that the paperboard can obtain the proper pressure line.
6. Control the alignment of the centerline of the upper and lower pressure wheel to prevent misalignment of the pressure wheel.
7. For the paperboard with poor quality paper, touch the threader.
8, if it is due to cardboard drying caused by the pressure line break, you can use water spray method to increase the water content of the cardboard.
