Vacuum cleaner punching, solve the problem of filter error
The vacuum cleaner is used to remove the dust left on the plate after the laser head is exposed. If the filter device is not replaced for a long time, the click power will increase, resulting in burnout. Before the burnout, there is usually an error message popping up. It is recommended to replace the filter. You can do the following at this time:
(1) Open the top cover of the vacuum cleaner, take out the filter element, and use a household vacuum cleaner to absorb the dust inside the filter element;
(2) Use a sharp needle to make 10 to 20 small holes around the filter element;
(3) The filter can be used for a while, but it needs to be replaced as soon as possible.
Trick 2
Delete the Harmony initial file to make it work properly
Harmony is software for adjusting the plate and printing curve. If you can't see the setting curve by opening Harmony software, you can use this method to save the emergency:
(1) Open Harmony's directory to find the Harmony.ini file;
(2) Delete or move the Harmony.ini file to another directory and re-open the software to restore normal.

(1) Open the stainless steel cover for developing sealing to allow the developer to contact a small amount of air, and the machine can operate normally;
(2) If such a situation occurs after a period of use, a small hole with a diameter of 1.5 mm can be placed on the stainless steel cover to ensure that a small amount of air enters without oxidation, thereby avoiding the tailing phenomenon.
