1. The size of the room
Due to the higher printing environment requirements, the larger the room, the more difficult it is to control the temperature and humidity of the environment. However, the smaller the room, the greater the noise, so it is best to install silencers in small rooms.
2. Location of cardboard
For printed printing equipment, because the paper is relatively soft, it has high requirements for paper crepe. Therefore, it is generally placed on the paper-feeding position or the operating surface side of the paper. When the machine is in place, it should be Leave some room for cardboard.
3. Installation of the electrical box
The electric box is a major problem that should be considered when installing the machine. Its location should be in the safest place, that is, the place where the utilization rate of the machine is the lowest. Therefore, it is generally installed on the transmission surface of the machine (road distribution box Some people put the electric box on the console of the machine. This design is obviously unreasonable. The wiring between the electric box and the machine should be well protected. 4. Air route
The gas line should also be carefully considered. From the perspective of the gas line, the gas line should be as short as possible. Therefore, the small-capacity gas pump can be directly installed near the machine base. For large-capacity air pumps, because of their large noise and warm temperatures, they should be placed far away from the machine. If possible, a single pump room can be built. This will reduce noise and protect the pump. From the air pump to the vicinity of the machine, air is supplied using a small damped pipe (such as a steel pipe). However, the general pump room should be as close to the machine as possible, and it is not advisable to share a single pump room with multiple machines.
5. Installation of the oil circuit
The oil circuit is an important issue to be considered when installing the machine. Therefore, when installing the machine, a detailed inspection of the oil circuit should be carried out. The oil number must be selected correctly and the oil quantity should meet the specified requirements. The best place to add butter is to beat butter first. 6. The safety of the machine
