The creative design of German beverage packaging is practical and exquisite

The German beverage package has a thin cardboard layer on the outside and a layer of aluminum foil on the inside. The foil is first compounded with other plastic films and then laminated with cardboard. Paperboard itself has its advantages, light weight, a certain degree of strength, easy to print and process molding, the molded carton is conducive to the collection of packaging and stacking storage; aluminum foil and plastic composite film has good permeability barrier properties, It can not only prevent the liquid from seeping out, but also play a role in keeping the quality of the beverage fresh. At the same time, the plastic film also has good heat-sealing properties, and the plastic molding of the paper-plastic box is actually realized by it, and the time is short and the speed is fast, which is suitable for the processing of the production line.

The printing of the exterior of the paper-plastic box is very beautiful, and most of them have been treated with glazing. Its color pattern and title let people know at a glance which type of beverage is inside. In addition to noting the trademark and the manufacturer, the proportions of the various components of the beverage are clearly marked in a small form, with full and accurate content, seeking truth from facts, and being examined by relevant departments. In addition, the shelf life of the beverage is generally printed on the top of the box. The text on the bottom right side of the box is also printed with the words “Please see the top of the tray for the period of use”. The side of the drink box is printed with the words “can be refrigerated after opening for 3 days” and other instructions. It can be said that almost all fruit beverages use this kind of packaging.

It is also worth noting that the beverage box is opened and resealed. There are several new beverage container sealing opening ports on the German market: one is to open a small opening at the corner of the top of the beverage box, and then the square plastic cover that is processed and formed is glued up. This cover consists of two parts, one for the adhesive fixing part and the other movable part and the fixing part connected together by a small shaft located in the middle. The movable part can be rotated by approximately 90 degrees. The movable part is turned open at the opening and closed. It is closed and is designed with small parts for positioning and clamping.
