U.S. Develops New Sealing Device for Juice Filling

Pillar Technologies, Wisconsin, USA, has recently successfully developed a full-sealing device for juice filling to ensure that juices are protected from the harmful effects of hot gases and vapors from the filling line to the packaging line.

According to reports, the device can still guarantee the filling of plastic bottles at temperatures lower than 250Â°F. In particular, HDPE bottles do not have the phenomenon of sidewall collapse during vertical filling.

Since the filling and filling are in a completely closed state, so as to keep the PH value of the juice at a low point, it is suitable for packaging low-acid beverages. The HDPE bottle is made by a co-extrusion blow mold method, the filling and filling speed is 32 ounces, 200 bottles/min, and the bottle making equipment adopts the Filla??er 2450 type Pillar machine, with a capping device, and adopts a fully sealed box membrane to ensure seal.
