3. Use of horn selector switch
The horn selection switch is used to match the frequency and impedance consistency of the horn and generator of different specifications. For example, when the frequency of the transducer assembly and the impedance of the generator are inconsistent, ultrasonic waves cannot work. When the new instrument of Yuming series or a new horn is equipped, the selector switch should be in the corresponding position. When the horn is worn, the switch can be toggled until the ultrasound works normally. At this time, the gear does not necessarily correspond to the specification of the horn .
4. The value displayed by the power meter is related to the voltage, the depth of the horn insertion liquid and the load is related to the concentration and consistency of the broken sample. The voltage is lower than 220V, the horn insertion liquid is deeper, the load concentration is larger, and the displayed value It may be slightly smaller, and vice versa higher (this data is an analog parameter, and the size of the displayed value does not affect the actual power of ultrasonic transmission).
5. The machine does not need to be preheated, and it should have a good grounding.
6. During ultrasonic breaking, due to the cavitation effect of ultrasonic waves in the liquid, the temperature of the liquid will quickly rise, and users should pay more attention to the temperature of various samples. It is recommended to use multiple crushing in a short time (no more than 5 seconds each time), and an ice bath can be used for cooling.
7. This machine adopts the power supply without power frequency transformer. Do not touch it randomly after opening the generator case to prevent electric shock. This instrument has reliable performance and is generally not easily damaged.
8. Practice shows that: multiple working in short time, working time is 1-4 seconds, gap time is 2-8 seconds, which is better than continuous long-time work. In order to prevent liquid heating, a longer gap time can be set. In addition, uninterrupted long-term work is easy to form a no-load, shortening the service life of the instrument.
