The project features a 2×20 dot matrix backlight LCD display, ensuring clear visibility in various lighting conditions. It operates within a wide temperature range of -20°C to 60°C, making it suitable for both cold and hot environments. The printer output option includes an EPSON 24-column character micro-needle printer, ideal for producing high-quality printed records. The device is equipped with a 4×4+2 touch keyboard, providing intuitive and user-friendly control.
For data communication, the system supports RS-232 or optionally RS-485 interfaces, offering flexibility for different installation needs. Users can select from a variety of sensors based on their specific application requirements.
There are several standard configurations available:
- **S Type**: Suitable for pipe diameters ranging from DN15 to DN100mm, with a fluid temperature limit of ≤110°C.
- **M Type**: Designed for larger pipes, from DN50 to DN1000mm, also with a maximum fluid temperature of ≤110°C.
- **L Type**: Ideal for even larger diameter pipes, from DN300 to DN6000mm, again with a temperature limit of ≤110°C.
- **Small π-Type**: Appropriate for smaller pipes, such as DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, and DN40mm, and can handle higher fluid temperatures up to ≤160°C.
The device is capable of measuring a wide range of liquid media, including water, seawater, industrial wastewater, acids, alkalis, and various types of oils. It can measure flow rates of liquids that conduct sound waves, ranging from 0 to ±30m/s. With a measurement accuracy better than ±1%, this ultrasonic flowmeter is the first in China to achieve such precision.
The unit is powered by a Ni-MH battery, providing over 20 hours of continuous operation. Alternatively, it can be powered by AC220V, consuming only 2W of power. The charging system uses an intelligent charging mode, allowing direct connection to AV220V, and automatically stops when fully charged, with a green light indicating completion.
The device has a net weight of 2.5kg (host) and comes with an integrated aluminum alloy protection case, designed for use in harsh outdoor environments. It is built to withstand poor conditions, making it highly reliable for field applications.
