The printer output option is an EPSON 24-column character micro-needle printer, ensuring reliable and precise printing. The device is equipped with a 4×4+2 touch keyboard for easy user interaction. It offers flexible data interfaces, including RS-232 or optional RS-485, making it compatible with different system configurations.
Users can choose from various sensor types based on their specific needs. The standard S-type model is ideal for pipe diameters ranging from DN15 to DN100mm, with a fluid temperature limit of ≤110°C. The M-type model supports larger pipes, from DN50 to DN1000mm, while the L-type model is suitable for even larger diameters, from DN300 to DN6000mm. The small π-type model is designed for smaller pipes, such as DN15, DN20, DN25, DN32, and DN40mm, with a higher temperature tolerance of up to 160°C.
This ultrasonic flowmeter is capable of measuring a wide range of liquid media, including water, seawater, industrial wastewater, acids, alkalis, and various oils. It can measure liquid flow rates between 0 and ±30m/s, with a measurement accuracy better than ±1%, making it the first ultrasonic flowmeter in China to achieve this level of precision.
Power options include a Ni-MH battery that provides over 20 hours of continuous operation, or AC220V power supply with a low power consumption of 2W. The charging system uses intelligent charging technology, allowing direct connection to AC220V, with automatic shut-off and a green indicator light when fully charged. The device weighs only 2.5kg (host), and comes with an integrated aluminum alloy protection case, making it highly portable and suitable for use in harsh outdoor environments.
