Wenzhou companies take the lead in introducing small-capacity aseptic plastic bottle production line

It is reported that the company located in Ruian has already ordered two units worth more than 20 million yuan from a company in the United States. After the equipment is put into use, the company will add two new production lines and will become the first domestically-funded enterprise to produce aseptic plastic bottled small-volume injections, and it is expected to grab the "fresh peaches" from related business opportunities.

According to Ji Jinrong, deputy general manager of “Tianrui Pharmaceuticals”, large-capacity glass bottle injections on the market have gradually been replaced by plastic bottles due to high energy consumption and inconvenient transportation. However, small-volume injections below 20 ml are still Glass-based. These glass bottles must be sterilized, washed, dried, and other steps. A slight oversight would leave hidden dangers of secondary pollution. The staff of the infusion room of the People’s Hospital of Rui’an City stated that these small injections in glass bottles are inconvenient to use. When the bottle is opened, the fingers are easily cut and it is time to "replace new clothes."

According to reports, "Tianrui Pharmaceutical" will introduce advanced equipment from the United States. Its plastic bottle production, irrigation, and packaging can be completed at one time, and used plastic bottles can also be recycled by other industries. It is reported that at present, only the ROHM company in Switzerland and the WEILER company in the United States have the technology to produce such equipment. The two devices introduced by “Tianrui Pharmaceutical” are the latest version of WEILER.

Chen Pengyuan, general manager assistant of “Tianrui Pharmaceuticals” said that the two devices will be delivered to Ruian around May. If it is successful, it is expected to be officially put into operation in October this year.

The reporter also learned from relevant departments in Ruian City that among the second batch of companies to be listed in Wenzhou City, there are six Shui On companies, and Tianrui Pharmaceutical is one of them.
