1) Preparation and treatment of the floor

The ground condition before laying PVC elastic flooring is the most important. Because the thickness of PVC flooring commonly used indoors is generally less than 4mm and there is no self-supporting capacity, the requirements for the foundation of the floor are very high. The quality of the ground affects and determines the efficacy and appearance of the PVC flooring.

Floor requirements: Humidity: According to the glue manufacturer's opinion, the foundation moisture content (% by weight) should be less than 6%. In case of weather or external moisture, the air should be circulated, and the surface moisture should be wiped off in time. The air humidity at the construction site should be Keep at 20%-75%.

Surface hardness: Use a sharp chisel to quickly cross the surface and there should be no burst at the intersection. Surface flatness: Check with a 2 meter ruler, the gap should be no more than 2mm.

Surface compactness: The surface should not be too rough and have many pores. The surface should be hardened on the slightly sanded ground.

Crack: There must be no cracks with a width greater than 1.5 mm. The surface layer must not have an empty drum.

Surface cleanliness: Residues such as oil, wax, paint, pigments, etc. must be removed.

Temperature: The temperature of the paving site should be 15 degrees, not less than 10 degrees.

In addition: the horizontal reference should be maintained, and there should be a suitable seal at the settlement joint of the building.

In order to ensure the large-area laying effect (flatness, strength), it is recommended to use the base oil and self-leveling on the leveling layer before laying, especially in the old building. In order to ensure that the paved site has sufficient strength to support the various layers above it and to withstand the high load in future use, it is recommended that the screed should be marked with a high number. For fine stone concrete, the recommended label is C30. The cement mortar surface layer should be strictly in accordance with the national standard ≥ M15 strength standard. The cement floor is taken as an example, and other floors are negotiable.

2) Apply base oil

After the ground treatment meets the construction requirements, the bottom oil is watered according to the standard ratio, and the bottom oil is soaked with a sponge roll, and the surface of the floor is crossed horizontally and vertically without any omission, evenly coated, so that the surface of the ground floor has no product. Water phenomenon, then close the site, self-leveling construction can be carried out after 1~2 hours. If the floor is highly absorbent, it can be added once to ensure the sealing effect.

3) Self-leveling construction

Construction environment requirements:

A. The construction environment requires the construction temperature to be above 13 °C.

B. The original grounding requirements for the construction have been carried out with high-grade plastering, and the maximum height difference of the flatness is within 2 mm (within 2 m). Under this condition, self-leveling construction can be started.

C. The construction floor has been cleaned and can be constructed under the condition that there is no dust, particles and other debris on the surface.

Construction steps:

A. 4 kg of self-leveling material per square meter, the water to material ratio is roughly 1:4, according to this ratio, use professional tools to stir evenly.

B. Pour the agitated material to the construction floor at the fastest speed. The self-leveling thickness is about 2 mm, and the thickest part is not more than 4 mm.

C. In the case where the ambient temperature is about 10 ° C, the self-leveling curing time is 12 hours. At the same time, after self-leveling and laying for 2-3 days, the floor can be laid after the strength and dryness meet the requirements for laying the floor.

Precautions during construction:

A. Ventilation is prohibited during construction to prevent cracking on the self-leveling surface. If cracking occurs, it can be regarded as unqualified construction.

B. It is absolutely forbidden for anyone to carry out the construction site within 24 hours after the completion of construction, otherwise it will be easy to destroy the self-leveling.

C. After 24-48 hours, you can check whether the ground is completely dry. Depending on the situation, you can decide whether you can start the next process---floor laying.

Note: When the self-leveling material is laid, due to the low temperature, it may cause white precipitate on the surface, just wipe it off or sand it.

4) Floor laying construction

Construction environment requirements:

A. The self-leveling material has been finished and dried.

B. Independent and complete construction space, it is forbidden for anyone to destroy or pollute the completed ground self-leveling under any circumstances.

C. Closed (no ventilation) clean construction space, dust or other debris is prohibited from contaminating the ground, construction workers must clean the ground again before installing the floor.

D. Uninterrupted power supply (220 volts, 50 Hz) during construction.

E. If there is a phenomenon of cross-construction, it must be guaranteed as follows:

*The construction of other construction processes is dust-free. For example, the process of spraying paint is absolutely prohibited.

* The construction workers in other construction processes have no contaminants in their steps, and the tools used are not polluted.

* The work of other construction processes shall not destroy the floor construction work that has been completed or is in progress. Ground

Construction steps for board laying:

A. The interface agent material is applied on the ground of the self-leveling material construction, and the ratio is approximately 0.1 kg/m 2 .

B. Calculate against the product according to the construction drawings.

C. The ground line is drawn out of the area to be laid.

D. The material is selected according to the selected model in the above area.

E. Glue within the area where the scribe area is ready to be laid.

F. Wait for about 15 minutes, and start to paste the floor when the glue color becomes transparent.

G. Paste the paste floor separately from the two ends.

H. Use the large roller to crush the finished scene and completely squeeze the air out of the floor.

I. After all the floors have been pasted, the seams will be treated.

J. Clean the ground and perform a self-test on all installed products and repair if there are any problems.

K. The quality inspector accepts and installs the finished product.

Must pay attention to the construction:

A. The ambient temperature when the glue is applied must be greater than 5 °C, otherwise the construction is prohibited. When the temperature is above 5 °C, the glue drying time is determined according to the specific temperature. The glue must be applied evenly.

B. The cutting is reasonable and uniform.

C. The slot is even and straight, without burrs.

D. Remove excess glue or other debris from the weld tank before seaming. The seams are smooth and the lines are straight.

E. The first removal of the excess electrode must wait until the electrode temperature is slightly lower.

The plastic floor is made of 100% pure PVC, so it is flexible and can be curled on the wall to make the baseboard. It can also be used with other baseboards. However, considering the hygiene, waterproof and moisture-proof, our company recommends to make the baseboard by directly crimping the wall. The height of the baseboard is 80-120mm.
