3. Instructions for use of digital display incubator:
1. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, the environment should be clean and tidy, dry and ventilated.
2. Before the instrument is used, each control switch should be in a non-working state, and the speed control knob should be placed in the minimum position.
3. When cultivating the test bottles, in order to make the instrument have a good balance performance when oscillating and avoid generating large vibrations, all the test bottles should be filled up when bottling, and the culture solution of each bottle should be approximately equal. If the culture medium is insufficient, the test bottles can be placed symmetrically.
4. Turn on the external power supply, set the power switch to the "on" position, and the indicator light is on.
5. Select the cultivation temperature: please refer to the instruction manual.
6. Turn on the "oscillation switch, the indicator light is on, and slowly adjust the speed control knob to the required speed.
The medium-speed use within the speed adjustment range can extend the service life of the instrument.
7. Before each stop, each control switch should be in a non-working state, cut off the power supply.
8. Matters needing attention:
A: The incubator of two groups of oscillators, the oscillators are controlled by the respective "oscillation switch" and "speed control knob".
B: It is not suitable for the cultivation of articles containing volatile chemical solvents, low-concentration explosive gas and low ignition point gas, and toxic substances.

4. A large glass door is used to better observe the changes in the oscillating container. If transparency is not required, black paper can be attached with transparent tape.
5. Be optimistic about the oscillator and adjust it to the speed you need. Type A has digital display speed.
6. Observe the working cavity and turn on the lighting switch.

4. Maintenance of digital display oscillation incubator:
1. Properly use and pay attention to the maintenance of the instrument to make it in good working condition, which can extend the service life of the instrument.
2. After the refrigeration system stops working, wipe the working chamber and glass observation window with a soft cloth.
During the continuous working period of the instrument, periodic inspection should be done every three months; check whether there are water drops, dirt, etc. falling on the motor and exposed refrigeration components; clean the dust and dirt on the compressor, condenser; Control elements and fastening screws.
