Instructions and precautions for water-proof electric thermostat incubator
The water-proof electric heating incubator uses the water in the water tank, after being electrically heated, it is conducted to the inner chamber to increase the temperature of the tank. Therefore, the temperature in the tank is indirectly heated. The temperature rise and fall are more direct. Used for bacterial culture, etc.
The outer shell of the box is welded with thin steel plates. The inner and outer layers of the water tank are made of copper. The insulation layer is filled with glass wool and has good thermal insulation properties. The external baking hammer paint and parts are chrome plated.
The incubator is equipped with a double door, and the inner door adopts a glass door and the door frame of the box is closely closed, which is convenient for observing the condition of the test object. Electrical parts are installed in the space on the left side of the box, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of parts.
The automatic temperature control element is spirally wound with a bimetallic sheet, extends into the box, and is equipped with a protective tube. Its sensitivity is 0.5 ℃, within the range of 20-60 ℃. The heating or constant temperature state of the incubator is indicated by red and green lights respectively.
(1) Instructions
1. When the test article is placed in the incubator, close the glass door and the outer door, and unscrew the air roof valve on the top of the box appropriately.
2. Before heating with electricity, water must be added first. When adding water, use a funnel to insert it into the water supply pipe and add it until it is indicated by the buoy.
3. The sensor probe should prevent hard objects from contacting and colliding with the sensor probe to avoid damage.
4. Turn on the power and turn on the power switch.
5. Temperature setting: press the setting and measurement button switch, rotate the setting button to set the desired temperature value, after setting, press the setting and measurement button switch again to make it display Measure the temperature inside the box.

(Two) matters needing attention
1. Working voltage is 220V, 50HZ.
2. Do not touch the electrical parts in the space on the left side of the box by hand when using electricity, or wipe with a damp cloth and rinse with water.
3. The power cord must not be entangled with metal objects or placed in a humid place. Rubber aging and leakage must be prevented.
4. The test article should not be over-squeezed in the box, so that the air flow is smooth, and the box is heated evenly.
5. After each use, the power should be turned off, and the water tap installed at the lower part of the right side should be twisted to open the net water storage, and then add warm water for the second use.
