After removing the original standard cell rack, install this accessory in the sample chamber of the instrument. The operation process is like this:
(1) Pull the wrench of the peristaltic pump hose forward, the suction hose of the peristaltic pump is in tension; cover the upper cover of the sample chamber.
(2) Insert the cleaning fluid into the suction pipe, press the cleaning button, the peristaltic pump starts to rotate, the cleaning fluid is sucked into the flow cell and then drained from the drain pipe; the cleaning time is determined by the operator, as long as it is released The cleaning button will stop cleaning.
(3) After inserting the sample solution into the pipette, press the suction plate switch, the peristaltic pump starts to rotate; when the sample is sucked in about 1 ml, the peristaltic pump stops rotating, and the flow cell is already filled with about 0.8 ml Samples, the instrument began to perform measurements. When the test is over, if you need to recover the test sample, you can press the return key; then the sample originally injected into the flow cell can be spit back into the sample bottle. If there is no need to recover the original sample. At this time, you can insert the cleaning solution into the pipette and press the cleaning button to rinse the flow cell.
(4) Continue to test the next sample according to the previous step. Such repeated testing until the sample is tested.
