3 , the owner collects the key and signs the "Residential Key Received Book";
4 , the owner to do comprehensive acceptance;
5. The owner submits a question, improvement opinion or solution to the problem existing in the acceptance;
6. The developer negotiates with the owner and reaches a written agreement;
7. If the problems existing in the delivery of the house are resolved according to the contents of the agreement and cannot be resolved within 15 days, the parties shall reach a written agreement on the solution and the time limit;
8. The owner signs the “Check-in Handover Formâ€.
