Laser engraved ceramic anilox roller classification

There are three types of laser engraved ceramic anilox rollers.

(1) CO2 laser engraving ceramic anilox roller

At present, most manufacturers use CO2 laser engraving technology to engrave the laser anilox roller. The effective anilox of the processed anilox roller is generally not more than 700 lpi, and the maximum engraving is 1000 lpi. Can meet the basic needs of carton printing, can print thicker text or simple patterns. Because the mesh wall carved by the CO2 laser is thick, the mesh hole is deep, and it is not wide enough, it is difficult to effectively improve the network line. At medium and high line numbers, the effective ink volume is low and the ink release capacity is poor. In addition to the wear-resistance of the ceramic surface layer, its printing quality still stays at the level of low- and medium-level printing, making it difficult to meet the high-quality requirements of today's ever-changing flexographic printing.

(2) YAG laser engraving ceramic anilox roller

The emergence of YAG laser technology has improved the number of screen lines and mesh definition of laser-engraved ceramic anilox rollers, and can be used with flexo printing with higher definition. However, the engraved network cable ranges from 700 to 1600 lpi, up to 2000 lpi. In addition, because the YAG laser is more difficult to maintain stability during engraving, it is more difficult to control the uniformity of the mesh shape of the entire anilox roller, which is likely to cause uneven ink volume in different parts.

(3) Ultracell super mesh laser engraved ceramic anilox roller

Ultracell super-engraved laser engraved ceramic anilox rollers have extremely clear mesh walls, smooth inner walls of the mesh, and enhanced ceramic density and tension, making it difficult for corrosive cleaning fluids and inks to penetrate into the roller base, and inks and inks are not easy to get in the mesh Blocked inside. The number of network lines that can be engraved is from 80lpi to 2540lpi, which overcomes the limitations of co2 and YAG laser lines and ink volume. No matter it is in low line number or medium high line number, its effective ink load is much higher than that of co2 and YAG laser, which effectively solves the problem of insufficient clarity and color density in flexographic printing.

Industrial infrared thermometers, sometimes called laser thermometers, measure thermal radiation of surfaces or objects from a distance. They have laser sighting elements for taking no-contact measurements and a digital display that shows the temperature reading. They are a good choice when working on hard-to-reach or dangerous electrical systems or mechanical equipment such as power lines or motors. Infrared thermometers help prevent cross-contamination of food during preparation in restaurants or commercial food service. They help firefighters find hot spots in burning buildings, vehicles, or forests. These thermometers should not be used in clinical or medical settings to measure body temperature.
