When the factory printed a magazine cover once, the equipment was still normal when the afternoon shift was off work, and the night shift was ready for preparation. When printing was started, 500 to 600 sheets were printed, and a paper blanket was suddenly appeared. Initially, it was considered that the paper did not go well, so the blanket was cleaned, and the pressure paper (overprinted paper) test machine was added, but there was no out of a few sheets, and the phenomenon of paper rolling blankets occurred. The pressure paper was used to test several times. The same result. However, there was no arrogance or paper in place when the paper was fed, and the detection of electrical teeth at the front of the machine was normal.
Finding the cause of the failure found that the paper-handling force was large enough to allow the paper to be transferred without problems; the large-entrance force of the embossed paper was large enough to allow the paper to be transferred without problems; the delivery force of the paper-receiving hand was also large enough and there was less paper pick-up. Considering borrowing pre-regulations, the receiving tooth row can be a bit more sturdy, but the way of positioning the two rules has caused troubles for the following overprinting. As a result, only a small delivery roller was used to make the delivery tooth row a little more. After checking and adjusting, with a pressure paper test machine, paper blanketing phenomenon still occurs. Although everything was normal in the afternoon, it was not resolved after checking the adjustment. Finally, if the paper is not pressed, check the paper feeding and delivery. In this way, the problem arises. There is a tooth row that does not receive the paper and falls directly under the machine (if the pressure is applied, the paper will stick to the blanket. ). Carefully inspecting each delivery tooth row, it was found that the connection plate between the open tooth bearing and the open tooth shaft was broken, so that this tooth row could not open the tooth and receive the paper. Remove the row, replace the new one, and troubleshoot.
