Causes and measures:
1. Plate Oxidation: Use antifouling buffer for dampening;
2. The plate is not well developed: use the recommended developer for plate making;
3. When the printing is stopped for a long time, no glue protection is provided: When printing is stopped for a long time, glue protection is required;
4. Too much ink: less ink;
5. Dirty water roller: clean or replace the water roller;
6. The water roller or ink roller vibrates or slides on the plate: adjust the water roller or ink roller;
7. Excessive dusting in the previous printing: dust removal;
8. The pH of the paper is greater than or equal to 8: Use a dampening solution with a pH of 4.5.
