Bar code printing looks very simple, it does not have complicated patterns and beautiful soft tones, so some companies use their printing requirements is relatively simple, it is not true, because the bar code of the empty combination contains specific information, and by the specific reading equipment Reading, therefore, there are strict regulations on bar code size, color matching, printing position, etc. details as follows:
1. Empty color match. When you match the colors, you must ensure that the contrast of the empty colors is large enough. The color of the bar can be: dark blue, dark green, dark brown, black, and the empty colors can be red, orange, yellow, white, of which the black and white are the best, and the true colors of the metal materials (such as gold and silver) are not suitable Or empty color.

2. Printing position: According to the different packaging forms, the position of the product bar code should be selected to meet the scanning requirements of the scanning equipment. It should be noted that the bar code must be at least 5 mm away from the edges, overlaps, wrinkles, or corners of the package to prevent the bar code from being worn, covered, or deformed with the package, causing problems during scanning. For example, a bean curd produced by an enterprise can be read on the packaging bag with a bar code mark in the bag when it is not loaded with the actual object. Printing materials: When printing bar code symbols on transparent materials (such as plastics, glass, etc.), the color of the bar cannot be printed but the background color (empty color) is not printed. Otherwise, the scanner will not be able to read the empty reflection signal. Therefore, when printing barcodes on transparent materials, the background color must first be preprinted.

Second, bar code quality management requirements

1. It is best to choose the packaging design unit to choose a printing company with bar code printing qualification and design ability as the design unit. 2. The product code must be unique. When the user codes 5 product codes (prefix codes 690, 691) or 4 digits (prefix codes 692, 693), the product code should be based on the specifications, brand, shape, weight, and flavor of the product. Differences in odors, prices, etc., given different codes. This is the key to ensuring the uniqueness of the product's barcode, which is the normal operation in the scan shop. 3. 4. The enterprises that should entrust the printing companies to print and print the barcodes identified by the coding organization should have a higher level of printing technology, and must also have the barcode printing qualification certificates that the coding center or its branch offices recognize. 5. Barcodes should be tested before batch printing.
