Paper embossing is intended to highlight special artistic effects. It has undergone surface treatment in some special papers of paper to make it present a variety of pre-designed lines, which is the secondary processing of finished paper.
Embossed paper processing considerations
1 The bronzing convex stencil cannot have beveled edges, as this may cause the edge gold foil to fail to adhere securely.
2 Beveled stencils are usually made of copper or brass. The bevel angle is most suitable for 30 or 50 degrees.
3 Multi-layer stencils are best used for thermal or convex strikes.
4 Doing material and effect testing first is the best way to prevent actual effects and design requirements from coming out.
5 Communicate with platemaking suppliers to understand and confirm what the substrate is. The toughness, thickness and other factors of printing materials determine the depth of embossing embossing template
The last thing to note is that the paper with more lines actually requires higher offset printing because it needs to increase the pressure to a certain degree to print a uniform ink on the surface of uneven paper. I hope everyone will pay attention when choosing.
