Recently, a printing plant has an aluminum foil stamping machine with flat and flat structure. When stamping a brand of alcoholic beverages, the operator finds it very difficult to locate the printed product. The reason is: the print format is 39cm × 36cm, the layout of the fight for the 11 small and criss-cross series, need to be divided into four hot stamping to complete, and because customers need to urgently use a small part, have to put a large sheet of semi-finished products on Each small version, first hot stamping a small batch, and then cut into a single version of the finished product, so frequent adjustments to the rules, it is really very troublesome. In addition, when hot stamping to a few plates of the print product's dragging position, the printing plate moves to the edge of the plate frame. In the case of the limit position of the printing plate, the front gauge part (ie, the paper edge) needs to protrude about 6 cm from the plate limit nip line. That is, the front gauge on the platen can no longer move down, and the platen is too small to be positioned.

In view of the above problems, the author carefully observed and thought through the use of the following process innovation methods to achieve a fast and accurate positioning and ensure normal production. This process method is welcomed by operators.

1. Using die-cutting steel blades to make rules to solve the problem that the front gauge block on the platen cannot be moved downwards.

First, cut out about 11cm of two die-cutting blades, and cut one end of the two blades approximately at an angle of 90° from the edge of 1cm to serve as a rule. When the rules are positioned and installed, use the double-sided adhesive to adjust the rules of these two blades and paste them directly on the appropriate position under the imprinting plate so that the hook-shaped surface faces up and hangs the plate limit imprinting line about 6cm. Act as a rule. After the rules are pasted accurately, the edge of the blade on the embossing plate is glued and covered with transparent glue. This not only ensures the firm adhesion, but also facilitates the smooth operation of the paper and ensures the accuracy of overprinting. Practice as shown.

2. The “pattern” is printed with a transparent base and the position of the rules is determined at one time.

In accordance with the traditional method of operation, after the first version of the trial is a hot press, and then according to the location of the trial hot press graphic, a rough estimate and adjust the position of the printing plate or rules. This often requires repeated adjustments to achieve accurate positioning at the end, which is time-consuming and time-consuming. The author through the use of transparent film proofing, to achieve a one-time accurate determination of the rules of the location, received good results. The specific method is: according to the size of the hot stamping plate and the printed sheet, take a piece of transparent film with an appropriate area. After the position of the plate is roughly determined, let the imprinting plate be stamped once and place the transparent film in the platen. Embossing is done once, so that both the backing paper and the transparent base on the embossing plate are embossed with graphic images to serve as a benchmark for hot stamping positioning. When the rules are positioned, simply overlay the text on the transparent base and the graphic on the platen, and use two small pieces of double-sided tape to glue the two corners of the base of the transparent base. Bit. Then, the sheet with the hot stamping needs to be inserted into the space between the transparent film base and the platen so that the printed image on the printed sheet is aligned with the hot stamping image on the transparent film base. At this time, the sheet is imprinted. The position on the flat plate is exactly the position where the hot stamping is applied, and the position of the rules can be determined exactly once according to the position of the printed sheet on the platen. The method is very simple and quick. Adopting such a positioning method not only greatly improves the production efficiency, but also avoids waste when the sheet is pressed and burned.
