Viscometer verification / calibration thermostat model: YA1-TG-ND2

Overview:
The TG-ND2 constant temperature bath is specially developed for the calibration of standard viscometer. The bath body is composed of two layers of hot-pressed square glass structure to make up the work area and reflow layer of the constant temperature bath. Observation error. The magnetic coupling stirring technology is used to make the working medium (generally water) form a uniform circulation in the tank. The controller uses microprocessor fuzzy control, Pt-100 sensor, and the temperature resolution is 0.001 ℃. Compressor refrigeration, vacuum pump and control solenoid valve constitute a standard oil pumping system, which is convenient for laboratory operation.
TG-ND3 constant temperature bath is developed according to the technical specification of kinematic viscosity ISO-3104 international standard, which is used for the calibration of industrial kinematic viscometer. It adopts rectangular glass structure formed by hot pressing, and is equipped with hanging refrigeration and heating mixing cylinders. The temperature is stable and uniform. The controller uses single-chip fuzzy control technology, which has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy and stable and reliable performance. The resolution of the controller is 0.001 ° C.
