2. Inspection of gauge and color code

The cross line is the basis for overprinting of various colors. Some printing plates use yin and yang cross lines, which is conducive to accurate and more intuitive overprinting. The corner line is a rule line generally formed at the four corners by the intersection of two horizontal lines and two vertical lines, and it is the measurement basis when the graphic is positioned on the paper. For the printing plate without positioning holes, the center line is the basis for printing and mounting, and it is very necessary. The knife line is the basis for folding or cutting in the next process. The overprint line is used to check whether the overprinted printing plate is accurate. The color mark is used to identify whether the ink color of the printing plate is consistent with the printed sample, and can also be used as a basis for quality inspection such as reverse color leakage.

3. Check the tone level of the text

Graphic inspections include dot quality, text proofreading, line inspection, typesetting sequence, and coding marks, etc. If problems are found to be repaired in time, they cannot be reprinted. The identification of the tone level is mainly to make the tone and color of the printed matter have a good reproduction. There are two methods of identification. 4. Check the cleanness of the printing plate

The printing plate often produces dirty spots due to various factors during the drying process.
