Another variation is the double-net transfer impregnation process, where the fiber web moves horizontally and is clamped between upper and lower plates. This helps prevent deformation, making it suitable for processing wide-width fiber webs. Overall, the dipping bonding method remains a reliable and efficient technique in the production of nonwoven materials, offering flexibility in terms of application and performance.
