Factory Reset - Barcode Printing Scale TM-AA-5D

Step-by-step Guide:

Turn off the barcode scale. While it is powered off, press and hold the button indicated in the image below for approximately 6 seconds. If you release the button too early, the factory reset will not be initiated. Make sure to keep the button pressed for the full 6 seconds before letting go.

After completing the above step, the device will restart with its default factory settings. This process will erase any custom configurations, so make sure to back up important data if needed.

Once the reset is complete, the scale should return to its original setup. You can now reconfigure the device according to your needs or use it as a new unit.
