Extrusion Die Industries has modified its Autoflex extrusion coater to increase the sensitivity of the machine and to increase the control of the coating amount by the coating head conditioning system. The improved system reduced the lateral thickness error of the coating by 4%-5%, and the thickness error during manual operation also decreased by 1%-2%. The CL-EPC fully-opening internal edging device uses a positioning blade to separate the flow pipe from the die, and the adjustment can reduce the generation of water droplets on the sides.
