The purpose and function of metallographic microscope
Metallographic microscope is mainly a professional instrument used to observe metallographic structure. It is specially used to observe the metallographic structure of opaque objects such as metals and minerals. These opaque objects cannot be observed in ordinary transmitted light microscopes, so the main difference between metallography and ordinary microscopes is that the former illuminates with reflected light, while the latter is illuminated with transmitted light. 1. Drawing-You can easily observe the metallographic image on the computer monitor, and analyze and grade the metallographic atlas. Combined with the optical image measurement system, high-precision optical measurement of the workpiece can be performed, and the data can be output in EXCEL, WORD, TXT format for data analysis, and can be output in DFX format for CAD design.
2. Measurement-can measure the size of any geometric figure on the plane (angle, length, diameter, radius, point-to-line distance, circle eccentricity, distance between two circles, etc.)
3. Annotation-Various geometric dimensions can be marked on the actual workpiece in the real-time image.
4. Take a photo-you can take a photo of the actual object, including the marked size.
5. Graphic output to AutoCAD-it can be exported to AutoCAD as a standard engineering drawing according to the outline of the actual workpiece in the real-time image.
6. JPEG picture input: You can input the JPEG picture under the pre-snapshot and compare it with the workpiece in the real-time image.
7. Auto-alignment output to AutoCAD: the graphics drawn according to the actual shape of the workpiece in the real-time image can be used to set the benchmarks according to actual needs and align the graphics during the transmission process.
8. Standard engineering drawing input in AutoCAD: The standard engineering drawing in AutoCAD can be directly input into the real-time image to overlap with the actual workpiece for comparison, so as to find the difference between the workpiece and the engineering drawing.
9. Bird's eye view: Observe the full graphics of the workpiece and have the zoom function similar to AutoCAD.
10. Mark in bird's eye view: You can mark the size in the bird's eye view.
11. Direct input of circles and line segments: Standard circles or lines can be input as required (customers define the size, length and coordinate position of circles and lines). Then compare the standard circles and lines with the real objects in the image to find the error of the workpiece.
12. Enter the line in polar coordinates: The standard line segment can be entered in polar coordinates according to customer needs.
13. Self-set customer coordinates: You can set the coordinate origin (0, 0) on the real-time image according to the needs of the customer.
14. Coordinate annotation: Mark the coordinate position of any point in the real-time image based on the coordinate origin (0, 0) set by yourself.
15. Capture intersection point: can automatically capture the intersection point of two lines.
