(1) The display is normal, the setting is normal, and heating is not possible.
The fault solution method: turn on the power, turn on the power switch, adjust the set temperature higher than the actual measured temperature, check whether the temperature controller has an output indication, and then measure whether the heating tube has a voltage input, and if there is a heating tube, the replacement is Yes, there is no voltage input to the heating tube, and most of the relays are faulty. If the temperature controller does not have a voltage output indication, it is recommended to replace the temperature controller.

(3) The temperature is not controlled by the control relay or the sensor is damp:
1. Clean the instrument immediately after each use. Put the water in the water bath clean, brush off the coarse material in the water bath with a brush, and remove the pot. Wipe the inner and outer surfaces of the water bath with a soft cloth and dry with a cleaning cloth.
2. The inner surface of the device should be free of water, and the outer surface of the device should be bright and tidy, without smudging.
3. When the water bath is in use, it must be grounded reliably and the water should not overflow into the control box.
4. Do not water or the water level in the water bath is lower than the electric heating tube to prevent the electric heating tube from being damaged.
5. Perform maintenance inspection of the instrument once a month and fill in the maintenance record in time.
