J4104 offset printing machine two paste version

In August 1997, our factory newly purchased a J4104 single-color offset press from Jingdezhen, Jiangxi Province. Each time printing is started, the left and right ends of the printing plate are extremely easy to paste, and frequent spraying will affect the ink color and quality of the product. We repeatedly checked that the fountain roller, the water transfer roller, and the uniform water roller all had good contact. The squeezing force of the water roller and the ink roller was also appropriate. The pressure between the blanket roller and the plate cylinder and the impression roller was also appropriate. . However, before starting the machine, we stumbled on the fact that there was a very slight lubrication oil lubrication at both ends of the roller.

After checking, it was found that the lubrication oil on the ink roller had been transmitted to the layout after being turned on, and then transferred from the plate to the water roller, the uniform roller, and the roller until the roller. Due to the oil and water separation caused by the organic oil on the roller, the water can not be brought on. The two ends of the water roller are completely dry by hand. When the problem was found, we immediately shut down, scrubbed the hook roller and bucket roller with petrol, and scrubbed with pumice powder again. After this kind of processing and then start printing, there will be no longer any phenomenon of double-burning. In the future production, we will first use a small amount of gasoline to scrub the machine before each start-up, in order to wipe off the oil that dripped on the ink roller. By insisting on doing so, the phenomenon of bluffing is eliminated.

If the contact force of the ink roller, the water roller and the pressure of the roller are all normal, then the stencil printing occurs. Mostly, the driving gear and the bearing of the roller and the ink roller are exposed outside the machine wall plate. It is difficult to add the lubricating oil. When it is recovered into the oil tank of the machine, especially when it is turned on every other day of the night, a small amount of lubricating oil left on the gear or bearing will be dripped to the two ends of the ink distributor roller, ink roller, and ink roller.
