The vertical calendering system uses a three-roller calender: it uses a separate transmission type AC vector motor to achieve synchronous transmission; the internal material chamber ensures high-efficiency heat exchange and ensures uniform temperature distribution. Moreover, the press rolls have reasonable hardness, smoothness, and surface finish to produce high-quality, clear, transparent composite PET sheets. When the pressure roller is closed, the motorized positioning is performed by a linear transducer and the gap between them is shown. Downstream operations include a set of sheet lead-out devices for dipping and drying silicone anti-static liquids, and a system for simultaneous slitting of up to five film rolls.
