When printing a batch of 40g/m2 tissue paper with the J2108 offset press, we encountered a failure of the paper to be torn during the printing process. This severely affected the normal transfer of printed sheets during the next printing, resulting in inaccurate overprinting. In the normal condition of the collection of the teeth, I reached the front sheet through the feeder from the feeder to the paper transport process, whether the paper is running straight, the correct working rules of the moving parts of the feeder, and the test rules Whether or not the pulling time and pulling force were properly checked, no problems were found. After the paper was positioned at the front gauge, there was no tearing. When continuing to pass the paper, it was found that when the transfer teeth intersected with the impression cylinders, there was a tear in the mouth. It was found that when the transfer paper is in contact with the embossed caries, the caries do not lie on the same line, resulting in a failure of the paper to be torn at the time of transfer. I tried to reprint the exact time the paper was transferred to the impression cylinder by borrowing the relative position of the transfer tooth to open and close the tooth cam and its roller. No longer appear.
